We guarantee that all of our rugs are 100% hand knotted in the origin countries as stated per rug descriptions unless stated. Upon request, we provide an authenticity certificate for rugs above $2,000

Upon purchase, Rugs of London provides a full 1 year warranty on any rug from the date of delivery to your premises. Upon referral of the warranty for damaged rugs, Rugs of London reserves the rights to inspect and evaluate the rugs to measure the extent of the damage. Damages caused by misuse and bad handling will not be covered by warranty and customer will therefore be responsible for the relevant repair costs. The customer will pay the shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@Amalure.com.

No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order. Some products in particular are available in Canada). 

Changing Address

If the order has processed or shipped and you'd like to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate for this change. Please expect delays for all address changes. However, if there are any additional charges from our freight companies because of this change, this will be paid by the customer. No Exceptions Apply.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are estimates and should not be taken as a guarantee. We make sure our vendors know of new orders to get orders shipped out as soon as possible. With that being said, if a customer decides to cancel an order due to a shipment not arriving in the estimated time frame, customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other fees associated with the order. Any customer that files a chargeback for delays in shipping will be held criminally liable for theft. No Exceptions Apply.

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer.

• Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area. 
• White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!

However, we understand that there may be rare instances where the product received does not meet our stringent quality standards. In such cases, we offer a 14-day return policy, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Eligibility for Return:

• Quality Issues Only: Returns are only accepted if there is a demonstrable quality issue with the product, such as manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or significant discrepancies from the product description.
• Time Frame: You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
• Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Products that show signs of use or are missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact Customer Support: If you believe your product has a quality issue, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
2. Review Process: Our team will review your claim and determine if the product is eligible for return based on the provided evidence. We may request additional information or photos to complete the evaluation.
3. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
4. Return Shipping: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Replacement:

• Replacement Product: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send a replacement of the same item if the quality issue is confirmed. If the product is no longer available, we will offer an exchange for a similar item of equal value.
• No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds. All sales are final, and exchanges or replacements are the only options available for eligible returns.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours in the chat in the bottom right, or email support@Amalure.com any time. 

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on). 

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Amalure’s control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to support@Amalure.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours. 

Warranty

No warranties provided but returns accepted for quality issues. See above for details.

Chargebacks

Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!

• I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Amalure within 24 hours of the product being delivered.

• I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Amalure (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).
