In such cases, we offer a 14-day return policy, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Eligibility for Return:
- Quality Issues Only: Returns are only accepted if there is a demonstrable quality issue with the product, such as manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or significant discrepancies from the product description.
- Time Frame: You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Products that show signs of use or are missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Support: If you believe your product has a quality issue, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- Review Process: Our team will review your claim and determine if the product is eligible for return based on the provided evidence. We may request additional information or photos to complete the evaluation.
- Return Authorization: If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Return Shipping: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
Replacement:
- Replacement Product: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send a replacement of the same item if the quality issue is confirmed. If the product is no longer available, we will offer an exchange for a similar item of equal value.
- No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds. All sales are final, and exchanges or replacements are the only options available for eligible returns.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours in the chat in the bottom right, or email support@Amalure.com any time.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Amalure’s control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to support@Amalure.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
No warranties provided but returns accepted for quality issues. See above for details.
Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!

- I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Amalure within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
- I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Amalure.
- I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Amalure (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).
